Can I exchange it for another product?

NONYMOUSAA does not accept exchanges.

Customers will need to place a new order for their desired product.

※ Please note that exchanges and returns are not possible due to customer preference (including exchange for a different color, size, etc.) other than product damage or defects.

Refund Method

Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.

Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Returns are ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE PRODUCTS IS DEFECTIVE.

Returns are only possible for ordered products that the product through 1:1 inquiry in My Page and have completed the verification procedure for the combination of the customer service center.

■ Returns are available within 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.

If the delivery is delayed after you have received your contract details, you can return your order within 7 days upon receipt of your order or after the start of the shipping date.

Please make sure to contact it through make 1:1 inquiries in My page before sending the package or request return in our website.

We do not have a responsibility of Loss if there is any package without notice.

■ Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.

Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them.

Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

返品はマイページの1:1照会を通じて商品が注文された商品に限り可能で、顧客サービスセンターの結合に対する確認手続きが完了しました。

■ 返品は商品到着後7日以内に可能です。

契約内容を受け取った後に配送が遅れる場合は、注文を受け取った後、または発送日の開始後7日以内に注文を返送することができます。
必ずマイページの1:1お問い合わせからご連絡いただき、荷物をお送りいただくか、弊社のウェブサイトで返品をお願いいたします。
予告なく荷物があった場合、紛失の責任は負いかねます。

■ 商品は未着用、破損、未使用で、すべてのタグが貼られ、元の梱包材が含まれている状態で返送する必要があります。

お買い上げの際は、お気をつけの上、お手元に届いた状態と同じ状態でご返品いただけますようお願いいたします。
当社のポリシーに合致しない返品は受け付けません。
